We buy back all kinds of foreign and exotic currencies. If you didn’t use all your money on your last trip, we’ll buy it back from you. To do so, visit your nearest Change by Fidso branch, where an advisor will exchange your currency at the current exchange rate.

Yes, we will buy back any unused currency notes from your trip. There are two ways to do this: visit your nearest Change by Fidso branch, or:

• go to our website,
• click on the double arrow between the two currencies in the converter to place the currency you wish to sell at the top,
• get an online quote based on the current exchange rate.

We buy back banknotes of all denominations. However, we do not buy back foreign coins. Our advisors are at your disposal and will be happy to provide you with information about our foreign currency exchange rates. To do so, you can visit one of our branches near you, or:

We will buy back your damaged currency notes, subject to certain criteria. Please visit one of our branches so that we can assess the condition of your currency and proceed with the buyback.

However, if you plan to exchange a large amount or if you need a specific currency, we recommend that you contact us in advance by email or phone. This will allow our advisors to prepare for your visit and avoid a long wait.

It is not a necessity to reserve your currency at our exchange office before your trip. However, if you plan to make a large currency exchange transaction, it may be a good idea to contact us in advance. Our advisors will then be able to prepare the required amount of currency, simplifying the process. In addition, on our Change by Fidso website, you can reserve your currency at the branch of your choice.

On our Change by Fidso website, you can book your currency in advance. This option allows you to lock in a favorable exchange rate and set the date on which you can collect your currency at the branch of your choice, all from the comfort of your own home. This gives you great flexibility and guarantees you the best exchange rate for your transaction.

To cancel your online booking, you can contact the office you selected when making your reservation to inform them of the cancellation. You can find their contact details on our website under the “Find an agency” tab. There is no charge for canceling a reservation.

Yes. However, your bank or card issuer will usually charge conversion fees. It is also advisable to check whether there are any withdrawal limits on your bank card.

There is no minimum or maximum amount for a currency exchange transaction at our offices. You are free to exchange whatever amount of currency suits you. Depending on the amount, you may be asked to provide additional documents.

Yes, we sell all kinds of currencies. We recommend that you contact your local office so that we can order the currency of your choice in sufficient quantity because not all of them are easy to get.

Yes, for all currency conversions, we charge a fee of €3 or €3.50 depending on which office you are in, regardless of the transaction amount.

Our currency exchange offices are generally closed on public holidays.

You can find our currency exchange offices near you. We are present throughout France, in 14 cities to be as close to you as possible: Bordeaux, Toulouse, Bayonne, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Paris, Strasbourg, Metz, Angers, Caen, Mérignac, Libourne, and Pau.
