Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) is to define the exclusive terms and conditions for the sale and purchase of currencies on the Change by Fidso website for our customers and users (hereinafter referred to as “the customer”).

The “Change by Fidso” website offers a currency exchange service with more than a hundred currencies available or on request. We provide real-time exchange rates based on the daily exchange rate in a completely secure manner.

Transaction terms:

The exchange rates provided by Change by Fidso are based on international market rates and may vary depending on market fluctuations.

Customers can exchange currency by bringing their ID card to one of our branches, with or without an appointment. Alternatively, they can reserve currency via our website and then collect it directly from their nearest branch.

Payment:

Payments can be made in cash or by credit card.

All transactions must be paid in the local currency of the country where the transaction takes place : in euros at Change by Fidso branches.

Fees and commissions:

Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly indicated to the customer before the transaction is finalized.

Responsibilities and obligations:

Change by Fidso undertakes to provide a secure currency exchange service that complies with the regulations in force.

Customers with valid ID undertake to provide the information necessary to complete the transaction.

Accessing the site’s services: :

The Site offers customers the possibility of making currency reservations online, for purchase or sale.

Change by Fidso reserves the right to refuse access to its services to any customer for any legitimate reason preventing the completion of a transaction or the continuation of a business relationship.

In accordance with the regulations set out in the Monetary and Financial Code, Change by Fidso is authorized to identify and verify the identity of its customers, as well as to collect any information and/or documents necessary to complete the transaction. As such, Change by Fidso reserves the right to refuse any transaction to a customer who refuses to provide their identity, as well as any other information and/or documents that may be necessary.

Confidentiality and protection of personal data:

Change by Fidso is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the information provided by the customer.

Currency availability:

The currencies listed in our online sales catalog are available to customers while stocks last. In the event of temporary unavailability, Change by Fidso will immediately send an email notification to the customer at the address provided when placing the order. This notification is intended to inform the customer of the date on which their order will be available for collection at the branch of their choice.

Email confirmation :

A detailed confirmation of the reservation will be sent automatically by email to the address provided by the customer to Change by Fidso after the order has been validated. An authentication procedure for each transaction is implemented within our company.

Order fulfillment & currency collection:

Once the customer’s order has been validated and confirmed by Change by Fidso, the customer must collect their ordered currency from one of the Change by Fidso branches they have previously selected. The customer must bring their ID with them.

Refund if you find a cheaper price elsewhere:

Valid on orders placed on the changebyfidso.com website for amounts less than €1,000 and upon presentation of an exchange offer from a competing currency exchange office in the same city (same postal code), timestamped at the same time as the order placed on the website.
